I am very excited to announce that we’ve closed $30 million in series B funding from Sequoia Capital and Matrix Partners. We welcome the Matrix team on board and thank Sequoia for their continued unwavering support.

Over the last several years, we’ve been hard at work to build the best products with a single purpose of helping people live healthier and longer. Practo Search is the largest doctor search engine in Asia with 4M monthly searches; Practo Ray is the clinic management software of choice used by 30,000 doctors managing tens of millions of patients and their healthcare.

Us Practeons have worked hard, spending weekends & many sleepless nights to improve everyone’s healthcare experience.

With this round of funding, we will expand our reach to serve hundreds of millions of people around the world. In the coming few months we will

  1. Expand to 35 cities in India
  2. Open multiple more international locations (we’re already in India, Singapore & the Philippines)
  3. Grow the team of Practeons from 600 Practeons today to more than 1500 by December 2015
